Welcome to the Forty First Hour

The Forty First Hour is where I document projects I work on outside my usual nine-to-five. Some will be finished tools, some experiments, and others working notes from things I am still figuring out.

The name comes from the time after the standard forty-hour week—the time set aside to follow an idea because it is interesting, useful, or simply difficult to leave alone.

This site will hold the work itself alongside the decisions, dead ends, and lessons behind it. The idea is simple: give the extra hour somewhere to go.
